Like any other family or business, a church family has to be smart with their money – and that means taking preventive measures to protect their property. That’s what First Baptist Church of Bryan, Ohio did this past week when they hired us to seal all of their exterior concrete. The new location of the church is only seven years old but already, the concrete sidewalks and other concrete areas were beginning to show the effects of salt damage and exposure to the elements.
Our hydrophobic penetrating sealer is a very inexpensive way to protect your exterior concrete surfaces and unlike other sealers, our penetrating sealer does not leave a slippery film on the surface and does not darken the surface.
Installed for an investment of only 50 – 60 cents a square foot (depending on the size of concrete you want sealed), the sealer will not only protect your concrete from cracking, flaking and popping, but because the capillaries are sealed off, your concrete will stay cleaner. I just took a look at a driveway we cleaned and sealed last year (which was a dirty mess from all the trees and other landscaping around it) and it looked as though it has just been cleaned and sealed yesterday!
