I measured my basement and it adds up to be roughly 580 square feet. My basement is semi-finished, it is concrete with tile overtop. There is a slight leak in the middle of the floor where a post is at that only happens when there is a hard rain. Do you do anything to help with leaks ? Would it be best to finish the floors before we redo the walls and ceiling? What are your thoughts.

I am putting in an addition. It is now closed off and insulation is going in. The structure will become a bathroom, hallway, and mudroom. We had considered tiling, but I thought about concrete being a neat option as well. Any insight or ideas are appreciated. We are not looking to do a wood looking product.

Hi. I was interested in a quote for epoxy flooring in my office. It is a larger room around 13x12. So I am looking about 150 square feet, I believe. I can have all of the furniture moved out and the floor swept, vacuumed and mopped. Currently I am on a concrete slab, I had to remove the old carpet. This is for residential. There are some cracks in the concrete but not too large. I don't mind if they cause a change in the pattern as I am looking at a solid light to med brown base and add a second darker brown for the swirled marble effect. Hopefully I have given you enough information to provide a rough estimate.

3/2/17    #10

Aurora, CO 80015 United States

We intended to lay about 1,000 sq. ft. of tile in our basement, but after we pulled to carpet up we found the floor to be seriously uneven.  So, making the floor level would require a lot of material in addition to the tile and all of its components.  My thinking is that if the floor needs to be made level with a pour then we might as well look at stained or stamped concrete.  We would really like the faux wood designs.

Springfield, IL 62711 United States

Moving into new construction home/duplex.  Interested in having garage floor (approximately 24'x24') with epoxy as well as possibly a screened in porch on rear of house (10'x14').  In addition, my sister on other half of duplex has an 4-season room on back (approx. 14'x16') and may also want her garage (20'x20'), if some package discount could be worked out.  Concrete was poured approximately October last year.

Montpelier, OH 43543 United States

I had a hot tub removed from my basement and filled with cement. I am getting ready to install carpet in the basement and have discovered that the cement that was poured in for the hot tub is about 1/4 inch higher than the rest of the floor. I need to have that grounded level. Is that something you could do?

3/1/17    #2

Miamisburg, OH 45342 United States

Just checking to see if you do this type of work. I have a 17 year old concrete driveway--has pitting, chipping, etc from weather, salt, wear and tear. Driveway is sound--flat, no cracks, and no  leveling issues. I did not want to replace the driveway but see if there is a staining, etching, or engraving technique to make the driveway look like rough gray/white stone. The chips, pitting etc would be part of the stone look--no repair needed. I have the rough stone on the front of my house and back patio-however, this is real stone.. Only looking for stain, stencil or engraving overlay work to give rough stone look.
