8/29/17   #87

Our sidewalk was damaged when we foolishly tried to salt it (it was not sealed). Now it has pits. My husband tried to patch it and that made it look worse (uneven color). We don't want to tear it out and place a new, just resurface the existing.

We moved into a house with concrete counter tops and they look like they need some attention/refinishing in parts. I'm wondering if this is something you do and how you price it out.

8/28/17    #82

Southgate, KY 41071 United States

I am looking for someone to epoxy the kitchen counter top. We hired someone to do it in the past. It looked awful so they had to re-sand and they applied another coat and it still looked terrible. They did this several times and the counter continued to have bubbles. So, we are looking for someone who can get the job done right. Please let me know if you would be able to give us a quote! We need our counter tops in working order!

8/24/17  #72

Dallas, TX 75215 United States

I have a condominium unit. The floors are primarily exposed concrete. When I purchased the unit, one room (approximately 160 sq. ft) had an overlay over the concrete. I do not know what material the overlay is made of. When I originally purchased the unit, I was intending on removing the overlay, and partially did so before deciding to put in hardwood floors instead. However, about a year ago my washer flooded onto the floors and the hardwood was removed. I am now attempting to remove the overlay again. I have used floor stripping chemicals to remove a portion of the overlay. However, this process is taking to much of my time. My intention is to remove the overlay and complete a seal similar to the rest of the flooring in my unit. Since this is a relatively unique situation, I'm not sure if you perform this type of work, but would be interested if you do.
